With special ingredients each week, our omelets are soft and gently cooked, not browned, and served over potato hash.

Light and airy, not heavy and cakey, served with homemade maple syrup.

Our own house-made deep dish Italian pies are served with a small salad or a bowl of soup.
Spinnaccio: Savory pastry made in three layers to resemble the italian flag--layer of spinach, onions, parmesan cheese, then layer of roasted red peppers, then layer of mushrooms, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and marinated artichoke hearts, all in a wheat crust.

Rustica: Pepperoni, italian sausage, and five cheeses in a flaky crust.

Quiche: Made fresh every morning and served as breakfast or lunch, also goes well with a salad. Types vary day to day, but we usually have quiche lorraine (bacon, onions, gruyere cheese).

Soup and Salad: Our house-made soups use farm-fresh ingredients whenever possible. We usually have at least one meat and one vegetarian option. Soups are served with slices of our own French-Italian baguette. Salads are made with spring mix or other organic lettuces, and a house-made cider vinaigrette.
