| Spinnaccio: Savory pastry made in three layers to resemble the italian flag--layer of spinach, onions, parmesan cheese, then layer of roasted red peppers, then layer of mushrooms, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and marinated artichoke hearts, all in a wheat crust.
Rustica: Pepperoni, italian sausage, and five cheeses in a flaky crust.
Quiche: Made fresh every morning and served as breakfast or lunch, also goes well with a salad. Types vary day to day, but we usually have quiche lorraine (bacon, onions, gruyere cheese).
Soup and Salad: Our house-made soups use farm-fresh ingredients whenever possible. We usually have at least one meat and one vegetarian option. Soups are served with slices of our own French-Italian baguette. Salads are made with spring mix or other organic lettuces, and a house-made cider vinaigrette. |
